Stewart’s duties are both that of CEO and Plumbing Inspector. He is
always ready to assist with Building, Land/Use and Zoning questions, and
issues plumbing and building permits.

Garrit McKee

Carmel has a 40 Hours a Week Deputy Program contract with Penobscot County Sheriff Department. Anytime law enforcement is needed please call Penobscot County Sheriff’s Department at either 945-4636 or 947-4585 to leave a message for Deputy McKee or you need to have someone dispatched for a non-emergency situation. (Garrit may be off-duty or on vacation the days you call so do not leave a message if you need assistance or need to report a crime).
